1. Adds support for the System Access API so Studio Recorder provides appropriate feedback for peak meters and status information upon request while using System Access screen reader.
2. Improves the behavior of changing Wave in or wave out devices while playing or recording. The program no longer stops the transport when a change is made, but instead uses the new device the nextst time one plays or records.
3. Minor bug fixes.
